By accessing or using Alumni Connect, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. The Service
Alumni Connect provides software-as-a-service tools for managing alumni relations, events, fundraising, and communications. Features may change as we improve the product.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — see our refund policy or contact support.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Alumni Connect for unlawful purposes, to send spam, to infringe intellectual property, or to harm others.
6. Data & Privacy
Your data is yours. We process it according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (including GDPR and CCPA).
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alumni Connect is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement per the subscription terms. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Alumni Connect Technologies is incorporated.
